Samah Al Hajeri is the Director of Cooperatives and Strategic Reserve in the Ministry of Economy. She is also an esteemed member of the Emirates Research and Development Council, as well as the Food Security Committee. In 2008, she joined ADNOC Offshore, where she served as the Manager of the Supplier Management and Market Analysis team. Throughout her professional journey, she has received several accolades, including the Minister of Economy Innovation Award and the ADNOC Offshore Health, Safety, and Environment Award in 2015. Samah has overseen numerous national projects in the social economy and cooperative sector, playing an instrumental role in shaping relevant legislations. She holds a master's degree in International Business Law from Paris II University, an executive master's degree in Public Administration from Zayed University, a Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification from the International Project Management Institute, a Diploma in Innovation in the Public Sector from the University of Cambridge, and a Diploma in Behavioral Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has also earned a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Advising for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
